From agreedterms tosettlement
We coordinate the commercial and logistical steps that take a cargo from the load port to its buyer, and we are clear about who performs each one.

- Bill of lading
- Certificate of quality
- Certificate of quantity
- Certificate of origin
- Phytosanitary certificate

- Coordination of nominations, laycans, loading and discharge
- Preparation and review of commercial documents
- Management of settlement through the banks involved
One timetable for every party
A single transaction can involve a seller, a buyer, a shipowner, a terminal, inspectors, insurers and several banks. Each works to its own procedures and deadlines.
We keep these parties aligned: confirming nominations and laycans, passing information promptly and resolving questions before they become delays or demurrage.

Documents that banks can rely on
Bills of lading, certificates of quality, quantity and origin, phytosanitary and health certificates and invoices are prepared and checked against the contract and the payment instrument. Payment is made through banks, by letter of credit, standby letter of credit, cash against documents or telegraphic transfer as agreed between the parties.
What we do and what we arrange
