This website is operated by Gulf Titans International, with its office on Sheikh Zayed Road, P.O. Box 5557, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, company, business email address, country, the desk you select and the content of your message.

To protect the form from abuse we store a salted one way hash of your IP address, never the address itself. Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP addresses and request times in server logs for security and operational purposes. We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this website.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, to assess a possible business relationship, and to meet our legal and compliance obligations, including counterparty due diligence.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Sharing

Your information is stored with the service providers that host this website and its database. They act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within twenty four months. Where a relationship follows, records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights
